Author Guidelines

GENERAL RULES OF WRITING

  1. Writings have never been published or published in a periodical or book. Topics writings on legal studies and social studies.
  2. A number of between 15-20 pages, double-spaced paper quarto size.
  3. Each article will be selected and judged by the editorial team with the involvement of relevant experts in the field, and then the author will get information about the status of his article: accepted, accepted with revisions, or rejected. Tim editorial decisions can not be contested.
  4. For reference at least 80% of the journals, theses, dissertations and research reports
  5. Authors whose work is accepted for publication does not charge submission, processing or publishing.

 

STYLE SELINGKUNG JOURNAL JUSTICIA ISLAMICA

 

  1. Writing the title as much as possible not to use a small title;
  2. Had to wear a small title, the title of the wear of capital letters and small titles are separated by colons (:), written in capital letters at the beginning of words;
  3. Subtitles written in capital letters with no numbering, bold (bold);
  4.  Sub subtitles are written with a capital of each word, bold (bold);
  5. Sub subtitles are written with a capital of each word, without bold (bold);
  6. The first paragraph after the subtitles do not enter/jutted forward;
  7. Second paragraph, and so enter one (1) cm;
  8. Spaces exactly 15;
  9. When using a numbering to the translation, numbering starts with the number (1, 2, and so on);
  10. The author's name is two spaces after the title, in italics (italic);
  11.  Description author is in a footnote that contains an explanation/description of their home institution author;
  12. Type the content is Book Antiqua font, size 11 and size 16 Traditional Arabic, being footnoted Book Antiqua font size 9, and Traditional Arabic 13;
  13. The Arabic word that has not been written following standard transliteration guidelines. The way of writing is tilted (italic), except the names of people, places and institutions. It also applies to the kind of writing, foreign languages, including regional languages;
  14. Transliteration using Times New Arabic models with attached conditions;
  15. Direct quotes made one space and not italic;
  16.  Another technical writing, technical writing primarily foot note and bibliography as conditions attached;
  17. A5 paper, the provisions margin: top: 2.5, Left: 2.5, Down: 1.6. Right: 1.6;
  18. Provisions Font: Title: 11 Name the author of: 11, Abstract = 10
  19. Abstract: 150-200 words, consisting of Indonesian and English;
